American Eagle Movers was contracted to move a pool table, large hot tub (7 person 750 lbs) and some other items.. 1st issue - they sent 2 men and a truck with a small lift gate to move the hot tub, flipping the hot tub end over end caused damage to the cabinet. 2nd issue - Scheduled delivery 1 month later with a 3 day window, I flew up to meet them. Upon checking the delivery status, I was initially told they would be there the following week, after discussion they arrived at 4 a.m. 4 days later, with 2 men.. After unloading additional damage to the hot tub noticed, as well as damage to kegarator (to the point the door does not seal)... VERY POOR customer response to phone calls and emails. I was asked to research the cost of repair to the hot tub cabinet, the cost to repair the cabinet would be approx. $450, the cost of the kegarator would be approx $350 (as the door was dented and does not seal) the total reimbursement that American Eagle Movers gave was $100.00. Would NEVER recommend this company, even if the move were across the street. They mis-represented their ability to move large items, the lack of care taken when moving and poor customer service..
