I had a very bad experience with American Eagle moving company. They promised me that they will deliver the next day. However, they did not deliver the items even after four days. They never respond to your phone calls or even keep you informed of the status.
Eventhough, they stated that they have full-time employees, who came pick and delivery were a bunch students, very unprofessional. They made all the carpet dirty, as they did not have any carpet protectors. I had to finally get hold of old cardboard boxe to at least protect the carper in the doorway. I got some of the items damaged and have not received some of them still after three months. I filed a claim and no response so far. They did not answer the voice mails. I have not able been able to talk them yet other than through voice mails.
Never believe what the states in the website. All the reviews are fake. They stated that they are part of the California movers associations. However, when I called the association, they told me that this company is not a member. I noticed that later they removed the claim from their web site.
Do not get cheated by a bunch of russians. They are lot of other moving companies out there.
