American Choice Van Lines and the customer service put up with quite a few changes from us, the start date moved a couple of times, and we underestimated the amount of stuff we had collected. Even when our move date got moved up by a week, they got us in with no hassle. Everyone was incredibly friendly and hard working.
It really was our fault that we didn't know we had more stuff so I don't blame them for charging us more but we were mad that we had to come out of pocket more. To be honest from what we understood the packing almost doubled. We decided to at one point leave a lot of stuff behind but realised it would be cheaper to carry along rather than purchasing again. It's ok because when everything was all said and done they took good care of us and I can't complain, lol. The company was also willing to pay back our deposit without and deduction but to be honest we could not find anyone cheaper. To be honest all that begins well ends well and that is exactly what we have to say about American Choice Van Lines. I would recommend them to my friends for their upcoming moves but I will be sure to tell them to make sure they look at ALL of their household goods, because it is always to be well prepared and having a complete control of thing rather than making changes the way we did.
