This company was practically a dream to work with. From the moment the movers showed up until they left, I couldn't have asked for any better. Polite, effective and efficient. These are not the guys who waste time to make more money. Took such great care with all my furniture and belongings and the only thing that was broken in my move was my own fault because I didn't properly package a fragile item.
The only complaint I would have is that I wish there was some sort of confirmation service from the company. Scheduling is generally done through e-mail and a phone call was not returned. I worried that they wouldn't show up. I wish I had gotten a phone call the day prior to the move to confirm the date and time, just to put me at ease. The company however has some great after services, they called me once the work was done to insure there was no damage and I was satisfied with the way the packers and movers had done my work.
I was beyond words after my experience. I even offered them a decent tip but the packers just refused stating “It was against company policies”. I however bought them some snacks to fuel up after the hard work they put in, they deserved every bit of it. Thank you American Choice Van Lines you are just the best organization any one would be looking out for to execute a move of such great class.
