Came very late. Refused to pick small boxes. Refused to pick items such as lamps, etc which won't fit in the box. Charged heavily for packing materials. Manipulated times and made me sign it by giving wrong explanation. My apartment was on ground floor and around 75 steps from parking, they charged me extra 2 hours because they think it is little far. They will not unload my items unless i agree to sign and pay for extra 2 hours.
