I hired the company to move me from Reisterstown, MD to York, PA. I had a 2 bedroom apt. fully furnished. I needed a full packing and Ed, the estimator, came to my house and did a walk through. It was a bit expensive so I decided to do most of the packing myself. The estimator referred me to websites where to buy cheap boxes and gave me tips how to wrap things properly. He was very professional. On the day of the move, the head crew called me (Donzel) and gave me a heads up that he should be their shortly. Donzel and the other crew members (I remember only Joe-forgot the other guy name) where very professional, courteous and took a good care of my belongings. They were quick to do the job and the price stayed the same as Ed estimated. There was 1 lamp that was broken and Steven, the dispatch, has deducted the price of the lamp from the bill so I won’t have to deal with the claim dept.
