Lazy Inexperienced Movers

I choose this company like an idiot after they refused to come out and do their own walk-through estimate because the estimate was cheaper than the competitors. I sent them the competitors inventory since the competitor did a walk-through. Among the reasons why I wouldn't ever reco9mmend them are:
1. The contract said that 4 movers were going to do the job but only 3 showed up.
2. The forman came in complaining and was completely unprofessional (I later found out that he asked my wife why she woke up on the wrong side of the bed).
3. They counted boxes against our inventory box count that were not ours (we later found out after packing that some of the boxes were theirs).
4. They refused to load boxes claiming that they were busted when they were not.
5. They did a horrible job of loading the boxes on the truck and stacked boxes so that the truck filled up quickly and they did not have to take a third of our stuff.
6. The movers refused to unwrap things that they wrapped and told my wife it was against their policy when in fact it was not.
7. Scratched a big screen tv and an expensive desk.
8. Placed boxes clearly labeled in the wrong rooms after they were told the proper rooms.
9. To top it all off, the movers ASKED for a tip.
To be fair the Sales rep was polite and professional but that does not make up for who the company sent out to my house. Overall, dealing with this company caused me substantial stress and I am still waiting to hear back from them regarding the complaint process. They Suck.
