Easy; the price could be better though

I loved the way this company's service organized. There was almost no effort on my part other than signatures. The service is literally quick and easy, but pricy. for 3bdr I think 5 grands is a little bit too much. Customer service is very amenable, yet needs a little more training on courtesy, as far as I'm concerned. Mel was great, so as Sam. I appreciate their attitude and clarity in speech. Overall everything went smooth and without any minor problems.
