I read so many great reviews on AmeriCarrier Van Lines and their affiliates Budget Moving that I called them for a quote on my move from Calabasas to Washington DC. I spoke with Adrian at AmeriCarrier and he guided me through the beginning process and what to look for in a moving company and the questions to ask all the other companies that were quoting me as well. He took my information and told me one of their agents would contact me momentarily and within minutes Sam called me to go over my inventory list. He was very helpful and asked me questions that most of the other companies did not ask and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He quoted me $3600 initially and after speaking with 10 other companies I called him with their quotes to see if he could do any better. His email said they would match the quotes of any reputable competitor and one of the quotes was the exact same services (so I thought) for 2,500.00 when I forwarded the quote to him he actually picked it apart and saved me from making a dire mistake because he told me that the quote was actually based on cubic feet (which has been outlawed by the D.O.T he told me) and that it did not include a shuttle fee, or several other fees and most importantly the company that I found no negative complaints about was only 4 months old (meaning they probably operated under a different name and screwed numerous people under a different name until they changed it) I then at that point decided to move with AmeriCarrier because to be honest, I liked Adrian and he was up front and honest about everything. The actual move went great and everything was picked-up on time, delivered on time.I would and will recommend this company to anyone that I know is moving.
