We were super skeptic about this moving company because of their negative reviews. Then Tony, my boyfriend looked up all other companies and found the same problem. Only why we went with AmeriCarier Vanlines because they gave us a better rate. Flat rate if you will, I asked them if the price would increase. They guarranteed it in the email contract. The only companies that were able to come out and do a free estimate were Alpha & Omega and Green Van lines and Bekins and of course Americarrier. Alpha & Omega is the most luxury moving company so it wasn't for me, Green Van Lines and Bekins did not give me a flat rate, and the rate was over $7200 for 4 bedroom house into 5 bedroom house. I was attracted to flat rate offer by AmeriCarrier and they seemed to be extremly pleasant to deal with from the start. We made more research on this company and learned that as long as the company is in high standing with DOT, they all do the same service in my opinion, though to every person in that company I spoke to I made sure they knew I'd post a good review about them for doing such a great job. That I thing what motivated them, or not, but I'm happy with my move. And do yourself a favor, don't forget the magic words "I'll give you a good review for such a great job" no matter if you would or not. It will maximize their effort, as far as I'm concerned.
