They are liars. All of the bad reviews out there...believe them! They get you with their packing. They quote "free furniture wrapping, etc". They charge you for this. The didn't do an inventory, they didn't label anything. They damaged my lamp and I'm still not done upacking so not sure what else. They will hold your goods hostage if you do not have cash or money order when you arrive at new location before they unload. The got hosed! For the amount of money they charged for a local (14 mile move) they ought to be ashamed of themsleves. They showed up with a small "budget" truck, not even an americarrier truck as they show on their website. Their customer service sucks, forget about getting anywhere with them. The actual movers themselves were nice. The people and the company behind the scenes are shady. I was never shown a packing "price" list. I admit I was behind schedule and they had to pack some items for me. But $700 packing fee for a 1 bedroom apartment that was 90% packed up. They are liars. Do youself a favor and look elsewhere. I could go on and on but I'll stop here.
