To be honest nothins special about their customer service for 5 star. On knowledgeability hands down they beat me. this is some canny lot.
And they will convince you! Quality of handling furnitures, fragile items, packing and staking was smart pretty quick and quite tricky.
It was something. they packed down all rooms before I turned around. Without wasting any moment so quick and skillful.
Now the bad side.
They held my furniture for 3 days longer than planned because of some traffic issues. Then they shouldn't have promise that date! On the contrary they did notify me at an early time so luckily day wasn't wasted.
Customer service needs a lot of improvement, after all customer is always right!
But the overall experience including their actual moving acrobat men brings it up to 4 stars thanks to movers at the coalface.
