Broke my TV!!!

Bad, bad guys!!! They broke our TV. Thanks to their insurance we were reimbursed fully. The 2 stars are for a newer large TV that I have now. They did not properly appologize. The salesman on the phone kept saying sorry but couldn't resolve the whole situation other than just giving me the direct number to the claims department! I will never choose this company again!!!
