To make the long story short, We were migrating from Chicago to Los Angeles. AmeriCarrier had great reviews and quoted me the lowest price of all the movers I queried, Hence here I am, as promised, sharing of my delighted experience.
The day of the move we got Omar and Jose, who were totally professional, quick and quiet with the loadup. We didn't get yelled at once - which, considering our crazy live-in landlord was really a feat.
I can't possibly recommend these guys enough. They unloaded all of our stuff quickly, in brutal heat, and up 3 flights of stairs without one complaint. In so many ways they were such a relief - and, to quote my fiancée and her girlfriend, "Is it wrong that I'm sort of attracted to these guys?" "I was thinking the same thing - it's like Phil got cute hipster movers..." - so that's got to count for something!
