I at first wanted to complain at them but I've got in touch with Jacob, Administrator. And he solved our dilemma. My price was going to increase from 4,900 dollars to 5,200. $300 difference. I was extremely pissed. The contract stated that the price wouldn't go up. I had to wait till Monday to call them. I wasn't sure if I could get my $300 back and I was seeing red. Jacob was so sweet, he explained why they had to charge extra labor fee, but he removed the charge so that I am 100% satisfied. I appreciate the generosity. This is an excellent moving service.
