My initial contact was positive. Meesha seemed very professional and knowledgable. She assured me that they do not use third parties for any part of the move/transport, and that any shuttles required on the delivery end were included I the INCLUSIVE quote.
The pickup was fine. Professional and on time. The price went up $300 due to antique items needing to be crated...I was slightly annoyed because I was clear about the items being antique during the initial conversation, but ok, I trust the packers to do what is necessary so accept the increase in price. So far so good.
Fast forward a few days, I start getting calls from a THIRD PARTY arranging delivery date, requesting payment, and tacking on additional delivery fees. I've since left three voicemails for Meesha and an email to her and the general company address, and NO response. Seems that once the goods have been picked up, it is no longer their problem.
I will post a second review once the move is complete, but at this point I would warn anyone considering this company to stay away. Don't be swayed by their strong sales pitch and professional demeanor over the phone.
