They will say that you have full replacement insurance on your items, but if something goes missing you will be out of luck. I had one full box full of electronics that went missing and they refuse to process the claim. The driver pencil whipped the forms so that it shows a full delivery. The worst moving experience i have had. I will never use this company again.
