This company was okay until the point in which they delivered our items and just piled boxes one in front of the other so that we had no chance to see if there was any damage. Once we were finally able to get to the boxes in the back we found that there were two boxes that were totally ripped open and smashed as if they were dropped off the back of the moving truck. I went through the process of making a claim but was told time and time again through a simple 1/2 page form letter that since I packed the items that Allied would not be taking responsibility for their actions. I don't care if you have a the best packaging in the world, if you drop something off a truck or smash it eventually it will break. They charge and arm and a leg for their team to pack your items in which case I would assume they take extra precautions to care for your items so that nothing breaks but, for those of us who can't afford to pay a fortune for moving it becomes a game of not if anything will be broken but, what will be broken. Do not use this company and don't recommend them to your friends, neighbors, coworkers, cats dogs or random person on the street. They will not care for your belongings and stuff will get broken and they will not take responsibility.
