Movers were late for packing and loading. All items were sent to storage for two months. Upon, delivery, $26,000 worth of furnishings were missing including a dining room table, patio chairs, a very large baker's rack, antique armoire and much, much more. I filed a claim for $35,000 and two months later, received a check for less than $1500.
Please do not use this company!!!!! I have moved 9 times in my career and have never experienced anything like this. They have accepted absolutely no responsibility for my missing items other than to pay me $0.60 per lbs. Had I been advised by the salesperson that theft was an issue with this company and that the coverage I took was inadviseable, I would have had different results.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL LIKELY BE ROBBED OF YOUR FURNISHEINGS AND THEN BE ROBBED BY THE COMPANY ON YOUR CLAIM.
I have moved 10 times in my career and this is the absolute worst ever. Number 2 does not even remotely come close.
