DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I used them for a full service move from Houston to OKC. I'm received several bids and they seemed to be in line with the rest. I chose them because the salesperson was very nice and helpful. That is where the good experience ended. Once I unloaded everything, I discovered several things missing and damaged. The missing items were smaller and of high value (iPad..., jewelry.) I just assumed I lost them myself or left them in my own residence. That was until I received emails from AT&T that the data plan was at its limit. This raised an alarm to say the least. I called my sales guy and explained the issue. He was very nice once again and told me to fill out the online claim form. I completed the form. I know it takes some time to process, so I gave it a couple of weekend. Nothing. I called to make sure the claim was entered properly. It was, but no answer. I have called several times and have received no sense of urgency. It has now been over two months!!!!! They have ZERO concern for the customer!!!! I doubt I will ever hear anything from them. All I can do now is spread the word so other people aren't treated the same way. When considering a moving company, don't walk past this company, RUUUUUNNNN!!!!
