Waited over 2 months without compensation

I hired a local Allied Contractor in Laramie Wyoming. They stored my 2 bedroom house worth of belongings in their facility for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called for my belongings. They said that there was a hold on bookings for over 3 weeks. I waited a total of 2 months to get everything I owned delivered to my new location. The total weight came in at 3180lbs. Because it was not over 3500 lbs, there is no reimbursement or claim allowed for this. In the meantime I had to buy new work clothes, kitchen items, a blow up bed-everything to live in a vacant house for 2 months. I am appalled that they would not even consider reimbursing me and that I had to wait that long. The customer service was terrible. I would never consider using them again and would advice all friends and family against using them.
