Poor service.
The whole point of having the move done professionally is because I have a piano and some nice pieces. The move consultant wrote it down. However, I should have known when the moving company called me and told me the consultant left the company and that my order was messed up...
Movers showed up without a piano board. We moved over half our house prior to the movers showing up. Original estimate 2200 for the entire house if we didn't move anything. We moved over half the house and was charged almost 1800. Not happy about that.
Anyway, with all the money I paid, they charged me $20.00 to rent 3 wardrobe boxes They are big and bulky. They insisted that I couldn't keep them and that the drivers would take them with them. Guess what, they left them there. And when I called them to come pick up their boxes ... Jeff from Operations, said no. It would cost him $50 to come pick them up. He said put them out on the curb. ...very poor customer service.
Not a great experience. Because of the poor customer service I would never recommend them.
