As reputable as this company should be with all the good reviews my experience has been nothing but frustration, high prices and sub-par moving services. For a major moving company, I would hope that Interstate moves would be handled with the most care, instead almost all of my wood furniture was delivered gouged, scratched or broken. Usually, the Driver reviews the High-Value Inventory and goes around with you to make sure those items are carefully packed on the truck minimizing damage. That did not happen, Mr. "Master Mover" Carlos, took no notice or special attention and items were just jammed on the truck, visible by all the damage. Most Professional Drivers understand that Wood is not Metal and can dent if not loaded on the truck the right way. The floors were then covered, at my request, with a filthy rubber runner, I hated having in my beautiful home. Thankfully, I was able to protect my floors myself. We are returning customers but that has counted for nothing on the pricing and customer service. My letter to the owner regarding my experience was simply responded with that the service they provide is acceptable with no concern for customers satisfaction. Customers need to continue sharing these experiences and pushing for quality service for spending thousands of dollars. In this case, movers have in a corner and can get away with it. It should never be acceptable to deliver damaged goods. There are better companies out there to use.
