They were scheduled to deliver my goods anywhere from June 1-11. On June 10, I hadn't heard from them so I called the mover. He said that he was about 1,000 miles away and couldn't make it there until June 12. I said that was fine and planned to meet him in my empty apartment at 10am on June 12. I went to my apartment that morning and he did not show up. He didn't even call to let me know he would be late. He said he was 'sick' and would be there tomorrow, but he didn't give me a courtesy call to let me know--I always had to contact him.
Good finally came on the 13th, 2 days late. After all that was over, it turns out the lost or stole $400 worth of my goods, and only reimbursed me $60 to replace them.
Worst moving experience ever. I will never use Allied again.
