I NEVER write reviews on companies, but our experience was so bad with Allied that I just cannot stand the thought of anyone else using this company. First of all, the movers showed up hours late to the appointment with a truck that was too small. Sounded like they had been out partying all night. They did not have the right materials that were quoted to us, and were unable to load the truck correctly. Most of my furniture was damaged once i finally got it. I had to call the company and tell them was going to report my belongings stolen if it did not arrive within the day. The movers had told us it was stored in a warehouse in town, but obviously it was riding in the truck around the country for about two weeks!! When they did deliver my things, they arrived at 9:00 PM on a Friday night. The movers even had the audacity to ask my husband and father-in-law to help them unload the truck (which they are not legally allowed to do). After all this, they still want us to pay for the move in full. And they have refused to reimburse us for anything until they get their money. If you don't want weeks of dealing with an unprofessional, dishonest company - DON'T USE ALLIED!!!!
