My name is Zachary, I was just about to reserve with Julian weeks ago, until I looked up these reviews and for the most part, I noticed amazing reviews, I did however see some extremely BAD ones, not a lot but still they were there, this is when I contacted my sales REP JULIAN.
He explained that the majority of moves, a good 95% very smooth but occasionally there are some that may go sour. He did say that they how ever do compensate and take care of each and every customer on a case by case basis, within reason. I told Julian I was VERY reluctant to use ALLIANCE because I didnt want to fall into that 5% category (I mean who does), when he responded that it could happen with any company, which is TRUE. The truth is ALLIANCE would step up to the plate. HE ASSURED me that everything would go FINE and he would take extra care of me Yesterday, I received my items , this is how my move went.
the movers did arrive 2 hours late which I was not to happy about but quickly made up for it by working like 3 men on a mission. Tim was amazing as he deligated all responsibilities and yo can just tell Tim has been doing this for a while, while the movers were there my phone rang and it was Julian, making sure the movers were there and to motify me that they would be late.. They were done in 3 hours and everything was on the truck, PERFECT. I had a flight to catch the next morning which was my biggest fear in making sure that the movers were there and they were...
Last night I recieved everything, on time and in perfect condition, the truck was weighted before and after, my items weight 400 lbs more because we had close to 20 more boxes which made sense. I was NOT charged any hidden fees and I called Julian to thank him for what in my opinion was a simple and smooth move.
In hindsight moving seems stressful, especially when as a consumer you believe all these horrific stories and some of them do happen, but its all about quality control and I believe that was the difference in this move. My estimator was honest, experienced and kept his promise and he delivered.
Because of that I am writing this review, I would recommend Alliance to any and all people moving, my advice is take the time to understand how the process works and you will see that by asking the right questions and getting the right answers you will make the correct decision and that is what I did...
