Everything about Alliance van lines is outstanding. I used them three months ago and recently hired them again for another move (yes I moved again in three months). The key reason why I booked them for the first move was because of their communication skill. She (sales rep) was straightforward and clear. Unlike other moving companies, her emails were very personable. It was simple, to the point and friendly. Both of the actual moves were easy breezy. They wrapped everything with blankets and planned out what to move first etc beforehand as a team. The way they work made me, as a customer, feel taken care of.
