To me, good behavior goes a long way. When the call came for a new job, I decided to hire a moving company to pack up all my belongings and move them there. I talked to several companies and they gave me varied quotes. They all seemed quite professional but there was something about alliance van lines that really impressed me. Their attitude had a certain confidence, as if they really know this business. My hunch was right. They were absolutely fantastic at the job. In a tough market, being polite brings more clients.
