The sales rep Lee told us everything we wanted to hear and baited us into a contract based on weight, then hired out our move to a 3rd party w/o our knowledge who charged us by space. When they arrived 2 weeks after their schedule date they refused to deliver our belongings unless we paid them IN CASH by space even though we had documentation from the owner of Allegiant that we were to be charged by weight. We were also told by the owner that we would be getting a refund. No one from Allegiant will ever return our phone calls, or emails and we have now gotten lawyers involved. DO NOT hire them, they will rip you off. We were also promised a delivery date and it was 2 weeks late. We also have items that were broken, lost and damaged but it is impossible to get ahold of anyone working there unless they are trying to solidify your contract. we paid twice as much for our move with Allegiant and they are horrible to work with once you think you have a binding contract.
