We had sold our house furnished and needed to remove the remaining household items to a storage. The packers arrived on-time, but it was clear Allegiant had subcontracted the trip to another company (ASSP Inc.) and ASSP had hired packers off the street. The packers took almost 8 hours to pack less than a 1/4 of a truck of boxes. The packed picture frames together so the frames were scratched. They separated tops from bases. The stuffed boxes full to the bursting point using our own robes and towels.
Upon arrival at our storage locker they stacked heavy boxes on top of lighter boxes. Even though all boxes were marked with stickers they did not have a count of which boxes were ours. They left a PC that was not ours in the locker. Presumably it belonged to another family that was unfortunate enough to have their belongings on the same truck. I called Allegiant to tell them about the PC, but they never responded.
The final straw was when they tried to intimidate my daughter (who received the shipment) into giving them a larger tip than I had specified (she did not give them what they requested).
I would never use them again and would recommend against others using them.
