I cannot say enough about how AMAZING my experience was with Allegiant Vanlines. They have restored my faith about moving companies with their Excellent customer service!!!!
Last minute I had to cancel another mover due to their shady behavior just days before my move to Cali. I got in contact with Josh, my move consultant, at Allegiant Vanlines. He is wonderful! He was so detailed-oriented, gave a lot of helpful tips, worked with MY budget, explained from start to finish about the move and contract, and more importantly was a miracle worker with scheduling w/ my building's 3hr time limit and just 4 days before my move-out date.
Later the dispatch department called and confirmed my appt and time to give me a piece of mind. MOVE DAY- Right on time... Alex and the crew (the actual moving guys) were on time and ready to go. They came in and prepped, wrapped, and organized all my furniture, boxes, mirrors, frames, & TVs. I am a VERY detailed oriented (borderline OCD) and could not have asked for my things to be handled in a better manner. They ROCKED!!!
The very next day Josh called to see if I was happy with everything and schedule my delivery. Is this company for real....This was so professional and a true testament to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. (Please note ALL calls and emails were always responded to very efficiently... another nice surprise)
