Overall the worst move experience I've ever had any company. Customer service was nonexistent. We were unable to get a hold of the company from pick up until after delivery. To begin with, the estimate was done over the phone in order to low ball other companies. However on delivery the price was doubled. We were never given valid weight certificates to prove the increase in weight. On delivery day we were unable to get a hold of any customer service or supervisors. We offered to the pay the delivery men the legal 110% amount but he refused and started to drive away. We had to pay them cash or else they were going to leave. During the delivery the workers damaged our property and tried to hide it. Since the ordeal we have tried on multiple occasions to contact Allegiant but they will not answer nor return our messages. There were other worse issues but simply put do not use Allegiant to move, they are not accredited.
