Sales will say what you need to hear. Do not believe them. If I had to do it all over again, I will go with A+ rated company in BBB, because cost will be same, and you will get better service.
Things I was lied about:
* Are you brokers? No
* Is the cost increased only by weight? No
* If you pick up early will it help reach items on time? Yes
I am suspicious of other reviews, they all seem to happen in spur of time in 6 months with all positive. Does not seem right. Should had listen to my instincts.
Price doubled, when they came to pick up. So you are at your door with packed material and no option. When it came time to delivery date, they did not know where my stuff was. They said it will take 4 days to find out. Because they had brokers to Phoenix movers, and we had no relationship with. Delay was over 2 weeks, which costed money out of our pockets. During this whole time, it felt we were left by ourselves to fend.
Delivery guys would mention some day but would never show up. This happened 3 times, and finally on 4 time they showed up. They were very rude and practically destroyed our stuff. From insurance we were getting only 10% of loss, so asked this company to compensate. After waiting for couple months, they stopped answering or responding.
Shitty company stay away.
