I promised Julian a review depending on how everything went and here is my summary.
Received quote from Julian, I did not bother shopping around. He was very upfront about everything, professional and sounded genuine. He met our moving allowance budget and could guarantee my date of pick up. This move was thrown at me last minute so I was a bit skeptical about him being there on a specific date but he sounded confident and trust worthy.
Day of the move sure enough at 9:15am, there was a truck outside my house with 4 guys drinking coffee and approaching my door. I was VERY impressed to say the least. Met the guys and we went over everything in detail. Everything Julian had said was pretty close to what the carrier had spoke on except the fact that there was an extra charge for my safe because it was over 3 ft tall and upstairs. I understood and called Julian about it. It was early in the morning but he answered and we both noticed that WE (My wife and I) never told Julian about the safe because it was never on the original order.
We agreed to the handling fee of the safe not to mention our final bill was almost $800 dollars less so it didnt matter because my company was funding the move. I was only nervous because I had submitted a quote for a certain amount and did not want to exceed that amount.
The move went GREAT!Workers were excellent, packed, loaded AND cleaned up afterwards. I gave them $100 tip just because I felt they ALL deserved it.
To many times people complain, I do not normally write reviews, I just dont have the time. I try to deal with reputable companies, Julian my sales rep asked me to write this review and I am a man of my word. They did a GREAT job and I commend them.
Keep up the good work Allegiant. You are defenitely making a name for yourselves, I will continue to spread the word on your behalf. I appreciate your hard work and commitment to your customers.
