I reserved with this company through a referral. I have moved several times and was not going to use a mover again, my last move was HORRIBLE but my best friend moved recently and used Allegiant Van Lines and everything came out PERFECT. I contacted his same exact sales rep Sebastian. I reserved for a large 3 bedroom fully packed, my wife is pregnant and i didnt want her to have any strain what so ever. The day of the move, the movers showed up with a truck to small, I said to myself "Here we go again" After calling Sebastian and expressing my concern, he told me NOT to worry, he would get fix things. After talking with the driver I realized it wasnt there fault the previous customer brought a lot more than they anticipated, after about an hour, I recieved a call from Sebastian stating that another truck was on the way. I couldnt believe it. By the time the first movers finished another truck pulled into my drive way. Granted we got out of there a little later but the hard part was over. Sebastian had come through. I then got a call from their manager I believe asking me if everything went ok. Just to follow up, that impressed me even more.
I compared this to my other move, not even 6 months ago and it was night and day. Anytime I called my rep he answered the phone.
Yesterday evening, I got everything and nothing was scratched, damaged, a complete inventory was taken. I was pleased to say the least, I tipped the crew and thanked them and that is when I decided to write this review to thank Sebastian at Allegiant for doing an outstanding job.
I relocate once every year do to work, I am a consultant and I will use this company for my relocation as long as i have to move.
