I have attempted to contact Allegiant by phone, email, and online. They have not contacted me back. I need to file a claim for lost and damaged house hold goods (HHG). We have pictures of how bad a lot of your stuff was packed. I paid for the full value protection (full replacement) of $945. I was initially told to use csipros.org, but csi called me back and said that Allegiant does not use them. It has been four weeks now and no one from Allegiant will contact me back.
This is also after I was told for three days that I owed an additional 1,200 dollars before the HHG were unloaded. That was finally settled, after a lot of stress.
