Ok, so I didnt go online and submit for hundreds of companies to call me, I did that last time and what a mistake. I literally had 30 quotes from companies I never heard of, this time was different. I was going to do things right. I got 3 quotes from the top movers in the game. Allegiant which was local in Oregon and I have seen there trucks here. Mayflower which everyone knows and Jordan River which is another BIG name in the North West. I can tell you this, the choice I made was not solely based on price, it was service and comfort level.
Allegiant was thorough in everything, from beginning to end. I felt protected. Julian was the sales rep and now i know why he has been mentioned several time here. He was with me every step of the way, I got a call 5 days prior to the move by Sebastian who wanted to go over everything one more time to ensure we had an accurate list and to answer any and all questions. This is key in moving, I was informed and kept in the loop. The day of my move, a man showed up. Very clean cut and professional, Jesse, he was very helpful and explained everything to me.
There were a few charges extra for a basketball hoop but it was because I never mentioned it to the reps, not Julian nor Sebastian. Other then that everything was right on key. The move went smooth, I received my items Tuesday morning. No damages and I paid a bit more then what I was quoted but rightfully so, this was a 4 bedroom home with everything being packed. They did a superb job, my wife was happy. When she is happy, I am happy. We are now ready to begin our lives and are grateful that companies like this still exist.
I would defenitely recommend this company to anyone.
