I was offered a position in Florida as a preacher. I have never used a mover before this is all new to me. I started researching and I honestly did not like what I was seeing, my company was funding the move which was a blessing so they gave me some advice. The advice consisted in using major carriers, although they may charge a bit more, there price is realistic and does not change. I started to realize that some companies were charging me HALF of what other companies were quoting me. This made me nervous and of course when I researched the companies they all had bad reviews. I research Allegiant and liked what I saw. Their quote was right in the middle of most. I spoke to Mr. Jaramillo who happened to be from South Florida. He was honest and pleasant to work with. I mentioned the reviews to him and all he asked me was if I would take 5 minutes to write this review for him once everything went well, I promised I would. The day of the move I wasnt there since i had to leave a few days earlier due to my new position. My wife and oldest son were there, I was nervous but I must admit, it could not have gone better. My wife was super happy, there were NO additional charges, my company paid the final balance and they were happy. I couldnt bare the thought of having to ask them for more money especially since it was up to me to do my diligence in research. Thankfully, everything went great. I already received my items and no damages or missing items! Julian was as professional as they come staying in touch with both my wife and I the entire time. I must recommend this company to everyone. Corporate moves, household moves. They really know how to treat their customers. Their service is impeccable and worth every penny. Moving is very stressful BUT selecting a mover is even more dificult. This was the main reason I decided to write this review was to give thanks and to help others in making the right decision.
