I scheduled a move with Allegiance Moving Solutions two weekends ago. I was referred to Allegiance by a friend of mine who moved a few month prior. Once I called and requested a quote, the sales representative was very kind. She explained to me how much my move would come out to, certain things would be an addtional charge, how the movers would handle all my furniture and much more. After discussing over the phone for about a week, I decided Allegiance was the company of my choice.
On the day of my move, the movers arrived on time. I was informed before hand on what the movers were going to do. Everything went well. The wrapping of my furniture didn't take long at all. The loading went a little bit slower due to the movers carefully staking and placing my belongings in their truck.
As the movers arrived at my new apartment, they were quick to unload. I asked the movers to place my loveseat in a certain area in my master suite when one of the movers noticed the back leg was a bit slanted. When he brought it to my attention, he immediately repaired it and was apologetic. That to me showed honesty and respect.
