The manager of this company claims to be Nathan Parker, however his real name is Nathan Parkhurst. If you search his real name, you will find that he has a long criminal record to include armed robbery and kidnapping. We contracted with his company because when we researched via his fake name, no reviews were listed. He was referred to us by the manager at Budget Storage of Valrico, FL and came with "rave reviews by others". This company will not provide their insurance information to you, so you are not able to make claims if something is damaged.
In our experience, Nathan showed up 1 day late to pick up our stuff. His movers were reckless and payed no attention to fragile items, and heavy vs light boxes. They just started shoving boxes into "their truck" (which was one they had rented from Penske). They were suppose to bring our stuff to Indiana within 3 days. During that time we could not reach them, Nathan would not return our calls. When the movers finally showed up with our stuff 5 days later, half of it was missing and another 25% was purposefully damaged. Boxes had footprints on them from being kicked in, etc. We were never able to recover any of our stolen items. An official case was opened by the local Sheriff's dept. They have apparently done this to many others as well. Nathan Parkhurst and his company, All in One MOving & Storage of Brandon is a SCAM!
