Scam!!! Charged me $1700+ when the original quote was under $400!!!!
Originally very nice customer service, prompt responses. On the day of the move they decided to do a lot of their own packing, charging $15 for a roll of tape, and overall very inflated prices. Did not respect my wishes not to go over a certain amount saying it was "company policy" to pack things in extra bubble wrap and such.
On top of it the guy leading the team was very rude, laughing at me, telling me "I should be scared of what I was going to pay". I tried to contact customer service, but the only response I got was that I was probably over reacting since their teams are very professional. They did NOT treat me professionally. From then on, they just disappeared.
BEWARE!! Do NOT use this company!!!! Worst experience of my life!!
