These guys are a class act. The best around.
When I called, a receptionist answered right away. She was very nice, polite and respectful as she took my information and provided a quote. Quote was reasonable They made it clear there would be no additional fees (unless the crew needed to use their own packing materials, which is fair).
A few days before our move, they called me to confirm. Again the phone experience was extremely positive. They confirmed a time for arrival, and went over details of the move.
Moving day - the crew arrived 5 minutes early. They called to let us know they were downstairs. The men were all courteous, polite and respectful to myself and my husband. The men worked harder than I could have expected, scarcely even pausing as they loaded the truck. When they arrived at the destination, again they showed amazing hustle unloading the truck. Our new apartment has one flight of stairs to get in the building, and then two flights of stairs inside the unit. They tackled all with aplomb and a positive attitude. We had even stacked about 20-30 boxes on the first floor, which we asked them to take up to the 2nd floor. They eagerly took this task on, even running up and down the stairs to make good time. The crew finished well within the 3 hour minimum, and my wife and I gladly paid them for 3 hours plus a large tip.
We were willing to pay for good service, and this company is well worth the price. This was the best, most seamless move we've ever had. Thank you All USA Van Lines for being good at what you do, and caring about your customers!
