I was overcharged at the pick up, weights are not verifiable, damaged a mirror that will cost $120 to fix and they are only providing $45 over recovery. Item was damaged before they started loading and the owner of K&J'Z Moving out of New Mexico stated they would reimburse me immediately, no questions because it was a flagrant error on their part. I had to provide multiple quotes, pictures then 45 days later they decline the claim.
They also missed there start time, would state they would start at 8 am and not show up until 11 am, they milked the job with only two movers, one grunt and one supervisor. Took longer than expected, stopped off at casinos on the way then arrived making a unsafe u-turn in a busy intersection. Yes a U turn in a intersection!!!!
All State Van Lines Relocation is not a good company because the sub contract and are a broker. They contracted with K&J'Z
