All State Van Lines is the worst company I ever dealt with. Poor service starting with the sales group who make promises just to get you to buy their service and then they hand it over to an account manager and bail on you. They commit to due dates that they can not fulfill and do not communicate that to the other groups. The agent assigned to my account sounds lazy and does not care. He won't answer the phone calls and I had to continue shooting him emails to get hold of him. The sales, account agent, and the dispatch groups do not communicate with each other.... This was evident. They continued dragging and dragging till I ended up canceling the relocation order I placed with them. They spent about 10 days telling me that my stuff will be picked up tomorrow or the day after and nothing happened. They put me in a bad position as I had to be in South Carolina by a certain date and I was late few days and had to pay another company expedited/ premium fees to get my stuff pick and stored in their warehouse till a truck is available to pick it up. This is a spam company that you can not trust or rely on them. I regret considering them and I wish I researched them online to see the poor reviews they got before I even considered them...
