It all started off fine...Michael Dusseault called me because I requested (via the internet) a moving quote from a number of different companies. Michael was pleasant in the beginning and quoted me $3400 to move from MA to MO. After that first call, it all went down hill. I called in April, 2014 and told Michael that my move dates were either August 28th or 29th. He told me that would be no big deal. I didn't hear from anyone else until a week before my scheduled move. At that time, I was told about all kinds of fees that were NEVER explained to me prior (long haul fee, more than 20 steps fee, more than 75' fees, etc.). I asked AllState to give me ample notice of what day they were going to arrive so I could reserve an elevator at my apartment. No one called me until Aug. 28th (one of the days I said I could move). Leah Salami told me that their truck had broken down and they were not going to be able to come to my place until Sunday, Aug. 31st. Needless to say, they NEVER showed up. They were HORRIBLE with returning phone calls, never kept me informed, tried to convince me to cancel, made promises they did not keep, flat out lied to me, tried to charge me for things that were never explained, and every other bad thing that could happen. Moving is stressful enough and this company made it 100x worse. Very late into this process I went on-line and read others' reviews...ironically, they experienced the same bad service that I did. No one seems to be happy with this company. They are crooks, liars, and have no interest in actually helping anyone move. If Leah Salami (954-958-2246 ext. 197) ever calls you, hang up immediately. Do not waste your time or money with this company or anyone in the organization. The only good thing, and I stress ONLY, that came from this experience was that they did refund my initial deposit. However, I had to stay on top of them before they agreed. RUN!!!
