Contacted All State Relocation 8 weeks prior to move. Wanted to move on 12/2/13. they said no problem. Kept in touch with them and they kept saying no problem, As time got close they called and said it would be on 12/3/13 at 7pm in the evening(Who moves at 7pm) from Nebraska in December, doors all open heat running?? On 12/3/13 movers called and said they would rather do it 12/4/13 in the day time, would be there by 9am, no problem. They did not show up till 3:30 pm because the truck would not start. Finally got loaded and was promised delivery in Iowa on 12/5/13. They were no show on 12/5/13, Finally got a call from Joe Barney(All State Relocation Rep) said there was a weight issue until they figured it out no delivery. Got a call again that evening my quote had doubled in price. Said I needed a cashiers check for the amount they wanted or they would put the furniture in storage. Thought it over and paid them. Said they would be there 12/6/13 at 10am to unload, again no show till 1:30pm truck would not start. All State Relocation is not an honest company, they get your furniture and then jack up the price and hold it hostage until you pay what they want. GEEEZZZ $4,930.00 to move a 2 bedroom house 400 miles. Our quote was $3,150.00 and that was with us doing all the packing of boxes. DO not use this company they are crooks.
