The pickup was almost 8hrs late, they told me pickup time will be between 8am at 10am they arrived at 6pm, did not finish until 11pm that night. On time on delivery, to many hidden chargers, customer service told me that the 1st floor is free, I live on the second floor, what they don't tell you is that the 1st floor can not have more than seven steps going up to it, I packed nearly everything myself all that was left was major furniture the cost on packing that was $600 more than the quote giving to me. They call themselves low budget movers but cost as much as high end movers, if I would have paid another $100 or so, they would have been in the same price ranges as Allied or any other major company. I have been in the military for over 21 years and I have moved to many times to count, one thing in common that all the past moving companies had was, professionalism, All State Relocation did not show this trait. They completely destroyed my computer table getting it apart. One of my dining chair arms is completely torn off, the head board on my bed is cracked, there is to many things to list on what they damaged. I have pictures of how they packed my stuff in the truck it looked like nobody cared on how it was packed, boxes were torn, corners of almost all my furniture were damaged. They put my safe (about 75lbs) on top of my PC monitor box, how it survived without being damaged was a miracle. I did not unpack everything at once so I am still finding thighs that are missing and damaged. I was using the claim process but gave up on it, it was easier for me to just fix it myself and count it as a lesson learned. Future advice for anyone who reads this, please do your homework, and use a reputable moving company, it my cost more, but you get what you paid for.
