Beware of All State Relocation!!!

I chose All State Relocation because they gave me a good estimate and answered my calls promptly. I moved from California to New York. My issue is not that things were damaged, I expected small dents in things, etc. My issue is that things were stolen. My expensive racing bike tires were taken off and when I called the company they did not want to investigate it and did not return my calls. It is such an obvious theft! All I want is for them to try to understand when this theft happened and get me my tires!
Another problem, which is probably common among companies, is when I planned for how to box things. The person on the phone was friendly and assured me that I do not need to box paintings, and that it will not cost any extra money to ship them. But when the movers came it was a different story and I felt pressured (time) to let them box them for around $100 each.
In addition, the people who were to deliver kept putting it off a day, then putting it off a day. And it was hard to know if they were ever going to come.
But now I am in this limbo where I am unable to contact All State Relocation, they are mysteriously not answering the phones or returning my calls, and I am only being offered the weight of my stolen tires. I cannot recommend this company.
