Bad Move and Horrible Customer service.

Used this company for a move July 31, 2014. Bad choice all the way around.
Charged us for the time and gas to get to our house. Then we come to find out from one of the movers that HE had to pay to rent the truck and pay for the same gas we were charged for.
The two movers were very nice, but definitely couldn't handle the move and were not told what was needed to be done before they got there. Serveral items were damaged and instead of finishing by three in the afternoon, they didn't leave here until almost SEVEN O'CLOCK.
I spent WEEKS trying to reach a corporate office. Almost impossible. Finally, when I did, I ended up recieving a phone call from a woman that runs the Sarasota office where our move was scheduled from (not St. Pete as advertised in the phone book and the number I dialed) and she was not nice at all. In fact, when she called she was on the offensive and so rude accusing us of wrongdoing- I hung up. I believe her name is Donna.
This company brags that you can leave items in the drawers of your furniture. Big Mistake. A desk that cost us $400.99 is Ruined. Gas grill? Dented and banged up. Expensive white couch and chair? Stained. Expensive chair that is part of a set? Has a hole in the back.
NO ONE SHOULD EVER CONSIDER HIRING THIS COMPANY. NO ONE!!!!!
