First thing out of our movers mouths were; they expected a tip; they worked on tips - There were two men only to move a house full of furniture. they both had some form of injuries and one could barely walk.
We fed them a very nice sit down dinner and dessert. According to them, they had not eaten all day. We gave them each a generous tip at the end of the move, for the two men were nice, just not professional.
They broke several items and we had to jump through all sorts of hoops filling out their forms, and it took a while for us to get 1/4 of the amount they owed us to replace or fix our broken items! One item I specifically asked them to be very careful of (an antique) and they broke it and thought nothing of it. WE HAD TO GET TWO PAPERS 'NOTARIZED' ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS just to get back one fourth of what we were owed! The two men told us they were both homeless.
When we first called ALL MY SONS in NASHVILLE, TN the man that answered spoke as if several men would be there with crisp uniforms and professional, etc. We got the exact opposite!
The man I spoke to changed his tune dramatically when I called to ask them about our claim process time. After they have your money forget any niceness! Their claims office is in Texas to boot!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!
